Awesome experience, we've only been once, but for 3 of the four I brought it was an immediate life changing event. For the 4th, it's taken him several years to 'grow in to his experiences' and realize the benefit. If you ask any of them what they would have done differently it would have been to work harder and more seriously (they were my first team to qualify, but hopefully not the last).
