    Erin Holbert, Caitlyn Waldrop, Lexi Holbert, and Shai Hollifield represented Vermillion County and the state of Indiana at the National 4-H Forestry Judging Invitational held recently at Jackson's Mill State 4-H Camp in West Virginia.

  • Cross Cut Competition
    Donning chaps and leather gloves, Erin Holbert (left) and Lexi Holbert (right) representing Indiana's team earn 3rd place honors in the Women's division of the Crosscut Saw competition. 
This event was part of the fun Woodsman competition held at the conclusion of the National Forestry Judging Invitational. Erin and Lexi are from rural Clinton, Indiana and members of the Dana Dazzlers 4-H Club.  Erin also placed 2nd in the crosscut saw competition with Alyssa from New York as her teammate.

    Competing in the Log Rolling competition are Amber from the Tennessee Team and Caitlyn Waldrop from the Indiana Team.  This event was part of the fun Woodsman competition held at the conclusion of the National Forestry Judging Invitational.  Caitlyn and Amber placed 3rd in the Women's division of the Log Rolling competition.
